Hiba Zubairi is a Pakistani-born writer based in Toronto, Canada – learning about spatial design and relationships on the traditional territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee, and the Wendat peoples. Her research scope focuses on the social and environmental manifestations of colonialism in South Asia, and the unassuming ways in which lost landscapes are preserved and represented.
